These sites rank in the top 3 - 5 in search engines in Rhode Island, and can help dramatically to get your house shown to buyers. If you choose not to go with the Flat Fee MLS listing, this can still be purchased and will in any event provide 3 months of high profile Featured Property exposure.
- You must allow for a buyers agent commission to take advantage of this service. Generally 2 % is okay, but 2.5 % or 3 % will get the agents motivated to sell your home.
