After your successful payment you will be directed to a form where you can complete details about your property for sale. We require details about your home, including proof of legal ownership, legal description of the property, physical description, etc. so that we can post your property appropriately. Use the comment field for any issues, questions, or other information you think will be useful in the listing. You will also receive an email with instructions on how to upload images.

- 3 Professional-Assisted Open Houses in 3 month period
- No Commission, Just a one time fee of $ 500

Terms of Flat Fee MLS Listing
By submitting your payment to MLSJust.com you agree to the following:
1) You acknowledge and agree that the listing agency is not responsible for the accuracy of your home listing information and that the payor is solely responsible for the content of the listing.
2) You acknowledge and agree that the entire scope of services for which you are paying is limited to and includes ONLY a listing for 3 months on StateWide MLS (RILiving.com) and that the listing agent is in no way responsible for any advertising, promotion, or other service what so ever, other than listing your site for the described period on the RI StateWide MLS service.
3) You acknowledge and accept that the fee you are paying to MLSJust.com includes only the services described, and does not in any way obligate the listing agency to deliver buyers to your showing, open houses, or other events.
4) You acknowledge and accept that you are the sole person or persons responsible for the sale of your house, and hold harmless MLSJust.com and any affiliated third parties or real estate agencies involved in listing your property.
5) You acknowledge and accept that MLSJust.com and or its affiliates or listing agencies have not determined the price you are offering your house for sale and have in no way recommended or otherwise represented to you that your offering price is valid for the market you are selling. We do not recommend pricing and you hold us harmless in regard to any pricing determinations you make for the sale of your home.
6) You acknowledge and accept that the contracts or other documents provided to you as an optional service do not constitute legal advice on the part of MLSJust.com or any of its listing agencies, and that you are solely responsible for seeking legal advice in regard to any contracts or services you enlist to sell your home. We recommend you seek legal advice from a qualified real estate attorney.
